What's the difference between a bloco, an abadá and a camarote?

A street bloco is free and moves through the city; in Salvador some blocos sell an abadá, a shirt-ticket to follow the trio truck inside the rope; a camarote is a box overlooking the parade or circuit, usually with open bar, sold per day.
